About Us

History

enitial was founded in 1991 by Adam Chell and Ivor Parry. Originally Initial Projects Ltd, the trading name of enitial has been adopted to ensure a unique brand. The Company was formed with the objective of providing a range of expert environmental services to site owners and operators. In 2001 Richard Evans joined the team to build the environmental monitoring element of the business. Since then the business has grown organically to now offer a nationwide presence with a team of 65+ field technicians.

Adam’s industry experience stems over a 25 year career. Adam’s enthusiasm to share his technical experience and knowledge with clients along with his personable and approachable nature has built long standing relationships with many of our key clients. His particular area of specialism is in the problem solving and remediation of landfill gas control systems along with LFG derived power generation optimisation.

Ivor Parry
Business Development Director
With a career spanning over 25 years in the waste management sector, Ivor has developed a substantial and detailed knowledge in all aspects of environmental monitoring, control and management. His involvement in challenging projects using his strength in innovative solutions has been significant to the Company in finding ways to overcome the inevitable commercial and technical challenges. Ivor now concentrates on the future of enitial, focusing on new clients, merger and acquisition, new products and services.

Richard’s extensive experience has been gained from working in the sector for the last 25 years. He is a focused and competitive team player setting high standards throughout the business. The quality of our operational delivery has been achieved through his guidance and is recognized throughout the sector.  Representing enitial on the Landfill MCERTs Steering Committee, Richard has a real passion and enthusiasm to lead change and raise the quality standards in the industry.
